- We suspect the purchaser is underage or purchasing on behalf of a minor.
- The delivery executive requests age verification (Government ID) at the drop location, and the receiver fails to provide it.
- We suspect fraudulent payment activity or abusive behavior toward our support/delivery staff.
4. Pricing, Accuracy & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

Puff counts on disposable devices are estimates provided by the manufacturers based on laboratory testing.
5. Local Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with specific jurisdiction established in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
